2 AM sessions with jorge bonnet. he's the mad scientist. i just go to his lab and do what he says. for once in my life i've been given bullets for my gun, and i'm a good fucking shot. i'm able to see now that the limit is the sky. can't wait to continue to put the work in with jorge. i should be ready by march.
on another note. i started therapy 3 weeks ago for my hip mobility or lack thereof. i started with internal/external rotation at 19 degrees in both hips. rotational athletes (baseball) require 40-45 degrees. i gained 23-24 degrees and am in b/w 39-43 degrees in both hips. only took 3 weeks of dedication and hard work. the type of dedication you've never seen before, and the type that goes down in history. i'll leave you with this....
