9 weeks hah...

I was watching HGtv in HD the other night and this guy goes, "i love it when a plan comes together." One of the biggest lessons i've learned in college is how important having a plan a, b, and c are. I had surgery 64 days ago. I didn't really have a plan for recovery. I heard so many different time frames that I didn't know what to think? I returned to the doctor today and got cleared to lift light weights. I start a throwing program in 3 weeks. I never been more ready for something in my life! That feels really good to say b/c i've been longing for that feeling and I'm so glad i'm there. I still can't believe it only took 9 weeks. If you have any orthopedic issues call Ella at Dr. Cain's office 205 939 3699. If you are in birmingham call Carden at Physiotherapy Associates on 280 by Cowboys. She's the real deal, 205 408 0700.

I'm drinking orange juice plotting my return. I feel like i'm unleashing a beast. Tomorrow morning i have b'fast club. I'm glad Manny Ramirez signed. I really don't know why it took so long? I have a feeling he is going to go crazy like he did at the end of last year. I haven't done my research on whether the dodgers are contenders? If they aren't, then I know Manny wanted to go to a contender. he doesn't get a lot of respect b/c he keeps to himself and doesn't think that baseball is the end of the world. For some reason people judge him for that in a negative light. I think that keeps him off the "big" teams. If the yankees signed Manny, weezy f was going to make a new single about how much he hated Manny as a yankee. word. Where were the braves? Talk about someone to protect my man chipper. Poor Andre Smith. idiot. All that money being given to you and you screw it up. He didn't even come in shape. Unbelievable. Just shows that hard work can go further than even crazy good talent. My boy Joe Rogan is filming a live spike tv comedy special tomorrow night in Columbus, Ohio. I would love to be in Columbus right now. The arnold classic is going on right now. That's a bodybuilding show along with all of the sponsors. Plus Quinton Jackson is going to whoop Keith Jardine's ass. Can't wait to see Jackson vs. Evans. Shit, the ufc is crazy right now. It's been crazy for 3 months and it keeps getting crazier. Before that it's just been building up to this craziness.

I'm fed up with all the crap about arod and steroids. You can't go back and punish people for things that got away with doing. It's absurd that his confidentiality was breached and no one mentions that. And they are raiding labs, stealing urine, just to find out what these athletes are on. Thomas Arnold created "the clear." What makes people think that steroids are just going to stop? By they, I mean congress. It's absurd that congress is spending money on steroids in baseball.

Hopefully this blog deal will be more frequent.
